By using Ozawa you agree to these terms.
The product
Ozawa is a macOS desktop application. You download and run it locally on your machine. All project data remains on your device.
Subscription
Ozawa costs $99 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at info@adelanni.com for a full refund. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable.
Bring your own API keys
Ozawa requires you to provide your own API keys for AI services. Usage costs from those services are billed directly by the provider and are not included in your Ozawa subscription.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and any code or applications you build using Ozawa. You agree not to use Ozawa for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
Ozawa is provided as is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozawa's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Ozawa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
